As one of the top commercial appraisal firms in North Carolina we remain a family run business with extensive local knowledge of the coastal Carolina’s and have multiple commercial appraisers and property mangers on staff to best serve our clientele. The firm has been involved in hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate transactions over the years and specializes in commercial valuation and consulting which is the cornerstone of the business. We also currently manage multiple property owners associations totaling over 80,000 square feet and excel in lowering operating expenses for clients with additional experience in both residential and commercial development projects.
